The concept of a mastermind group was formerly introduced by Napoleon Hill. In the early 1900s, Hill wrote in his timeless classic book THINK & GROW RICH about the mastermind principle.
The beauty of a mastermind group is that the peers support and challenge each other to establish growth. The participants help each other to come up with new ideas, create goals, hold each other accountable to implement, give feedback and sometimes play the devil’s advocate to help each other stay focussed and on track. Therefore it is inevitable that the group acts in perfect harmony, and everybody brings in the values of total honesty, respect and compassion.

The mastermind principle consists of an alliance of two or more minds working in perfect harmony for the attainment of a common definite objective. Success does not come without the cooperation of others.
